I recently had the wonderful opportunity to attend the 2013 Social Media Biz Summit, where I got to hear inspirational and incredibly talented thought leaders such as Ted Rubin, Niels Schillewaert and Sam Fiorella speak (among many others). But soon after my arrival I began to grow more and more aware of an embarrassing fact – I didn’t have a smartphone like everyone else.
